Would like to watch Tour de France highlights on ITV4, last night got bbc wales highlights and eurosport, why do I also get content not requested. Tried to remove from SC4 but it removes ALL Tour de France recordings, why do I pay for this????? Very frustrating, please sort this out rapido sky!

Because you chose to do so. You can always cancel, subject to contractual requirements.

All the channels you've mentioned are FTA other than Eurosport ... you pay a very small contribution to them if have ad skipping to compensate them for ads you do not fully watch😉

The playlist functionality is programme based NOT channel based.

Therefore if a particular show crops up on multiple channels you will see them all listed under that particular programme.

NOTE that Sky don't have the legal rights to cloud recording all shows from all channels, also ITV X in particular is known for delays with making on-demand content available ( if applicable for a show) and equally for tagging it with the correct metadata for it to be picked up by Sky for the playlist functionality. The metadata problem is very common for ITV X shows, i've seen it constantly where ITV make a show available on-demand but its missing the relevant metadata, or it had the wrong metadata so Sky's integration can't pick it up. Usually it can take up to about 24 hours for ITV to tag a show correctly but sometimes i've seen it take several days.
