Hello, I have Sky stream at the moment with a 4K TV with an external DOLBY ATMOS sound system.

To make it everything work (through eARC) my settings on the puck are

Digital audio output HDMI

AUTO (tried all the rest, DD+, DD, PCM, passthrough).

TV settings

AUDIO OUTPUT

eARC

DIGITAL AUDIO OUTPUT

AUTO (auto, passthrough, PCM, Dolby AUDIO DD or DD+

I know it's auto but I tried all combinations and this works best to get ATMOS.

I've just upgraded to a sky glass tv, (not yet delivered, 4 days to go) would someone have a definitive AUDIO SETTINGS guide to hooking up a external sound system please.

And does the sky glass sound menus affect the TV as well. Or like at the moment on the stream puck, on the Glass TV are there settings within the sky menus AND on the TV sound settings.

I hope that's clear.

Thanks in advance.

As a start, an external system can only connect to HDMI #2 (the middle of the three) on a Glass television set. Detecting (e)ARC hardware on this port disables the onboard speakers.
