I have new sky glass installation on Monday but would like to change the date

Glass is not installed, it's just delivered. The customer has to 'install' by connecting it to power and broadband. The delivery people are only authorised to attached the stand if requested, and remove packaging, but that's it.

If you want to change the delivery date you'll need to call Sky.
