Thin black lines come and go on the screen

I've noticed thin black lines on the top 3/4 of the screen, the come and go, 2 seconds on 2seconds off roughly. Doesn't matter what channel it's on or if it's an app. I read that it may be a software issue but mine seems to be up to date. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like a fault. Try rebooting the TV by turning it off at the wall for 10 minutes then power it back on. If this doesn't help then you should give Sky a ring for further troubleshooting and ask for a replacement TV if still under warranty.

@LyndamacA while ago I had a 3 inch wide vertical grey line appear on my Glass TV. A normal reboot didn't help so I left the TV unplugged overnight and the line disappeared and luckily it never came back. It's worth a try 🤞

If it doesn't help then follow the advice given by @Padam_Padam and contact Sky for their advice and possibly a Glass replacement.
