Ha - didn't think to look on the back of the Puck for an actual port!

Wonder if there's a future for a WiFi or even wired ethernet connected Live camera in future...Wifi definitely not "inevitably laggy"!

Question as per the subject...

...mildly intrigued to get Sky Live for access to mvmnt, but would want to use that in gym (garage!) where have a puck attached to a TV.

Or - does Sky Live ONLY work with an actual Sky Glass TV?

Live requires the USB-C port on-board the Glass television set for its power and data: that's why the port is there.

A Stream puck has no USB port so could not receive input from the Live camera (except possibly through an inevitably laggy wireless link, which would not be ideal)

It would be the source of unfortunate additional delay between camera and screen for live gameplay, which is already challenging for designers.

It appears that Sky only intends to provision Live on Glass, which does raise questions about long term viability if there's never a v2 Glass television release.
