What speed do you get? Pucks require 25mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. If WiFi is marginal you may have a better experience using home plugs / ethernet cable and turning WiFi off in the settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can check the speed your puck is getting by opening netflix and going to settings &amp;gt; connection test.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's meeting the minimum requirements, try powering off at the mains for a minimum of 5 minutes and trying again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
