Software Error Message Sky Glass

Hi all,

had Sky Glass installed yesterday and turned it on this morning to be greeted by a software error stating sky need to be contacted by scanning a QR code.

I have reset the tv, and unplugged it from the wall for 10 mins but the error code still appears.

Any clues?
