Hi does anyone know when the skyglass is coming out it says this month but what date I'm having sound issues.

When I try to watch Neflix and other apps when people talk I carnt hear them bit the music is always loud.

@Gin1977 Do you mean Software update? These are generally done in batches so a firm date can never be provided.

Software updates aren't necessarily monthly, and as already advised by @GD1 when they do get rolled out, it happens in batches typically over a couple of weeks, so there is no knowing when you would receive a new software update once Sky have released a new version.

If you check the sound settings on glass there are a few settings you could try ..... one of them is specifically designed to enhance the speech

In regards to the sound you're hearing (and I don't mean to sound obvious) but have you considered the location of your t.v? I mean are you sat to close to it? As the sound could be bouncing of ant walls nearby and going behind you instead of at you. Try moving further away and see if that helps ( you'll be surprised) .
