&lt;P&gt;How is your TV connecting to your router?&amp;nbsp; Can you run a speed test from the Netflix app (settings - speedtest)&amp;nbsp; this will tell you what speed your TV is getting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To run Glass/Stream you need to be getting a minimum of 20 mbps for HD &amp;amp; 30 mbps for UHD, anything less that this willm cause such issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
