I have sky build version QS025 a sky agent told me it should be QSO26 I followed the instructions they told me to do and it won't update whatsoever im legit stuck with this tele probably not gonna get this sky May update as it won't do nothing

@Suzy91 The agent is incorrect, it is still QS025 and due to be updated in the coming weeks to QS027.

You can't force an update either so pointless trying to do so.

My build version is QS027 and it has been that way since it updated at the beginning of this month

@peter-marlow+1966 As the updates are done in batches @Suzy91 is still waiting for her turn. It's worth noting there was no QS026 it went straight from QS025 to QS027.

Phoned sky twice they don't know kW why my glass tv is on 025 buildware no one knows what's wrong. Was told it was gonna get escalated but never heard anything back. Coming up to the end of May now and no update

It says on the listed instructions from sky to hard reset tele for sky glass 026 buildware and above. Sound like to me no one has a clue what's going on.

The sky agent told me to restart..no one has a clue its comical!. Another agent told me to wait 2 days for an update to appear on they system...another agent with no clue. Its getting beyond a joke!

@Suzy91 QS026 was pulled the website info is incorrect. You should be updated to QS027, if it's already been escalated to Glass support then you'll need to wait an update from them, there is nothing furher the forum can do for you.

To my knowledge sky are still in the process of updating all of the tvs from 25 to 27 and as stated earlier they are done in batches.

some of those batches have yet to be completed (they generally take a month or so to complete all sets)

if you could let us know what issues you are getting to need the update so badly maybe we can help. The update itself is no different visually to 25

I'm a gamer so I'm desperate need of the auto game mode. Sky agents are telling me it should be on 026 so they are having to escalate it.

Hi @Suzy91 There was no QS026 update as it jumped from QS025 direct to QS027. Also, they didn't finish rolling out QS027 as QS028 has started rolling out and I got the update the night before last.

The Gaming mode will be in OS1.3 which is included with the new update. Some of these features may not be switched on until the rollout is complete.
