Good afternoon

I switched from Q to Glass which has been fine so far . I have a credit for around £90 which says will be used for next bill but wasn't used this month . Just wondered when it'll be used ?

Hi @Judep1704

Q credit usually gets used for Broadband accounts. If you dont have broadband the amount will be refunded via DD with in 45 days.

It won't be used as credit against your Glass / Stream account.

Thanks for the response . Ok - will see how that pans out as I do have broadband with SKY .
