Yes i used the sky wall mount and stencil provided, wall is fine too as i used spirit level to check this. I did notice tho before i put the tv on the wall, i tried the wall bracket in the tv first before i fitted it and even then once the bracket was clipped into the 4 gaps on the tv it wasnt flush to the tv as it still stuck out very slightly at the bottom is this normal? Also now the tv is on the bracket on the wall it seems very wobbly at the bottom is this also normal? Cheers, leo.

Hi,

I posted this issue didn't get any reply's, had extensive discussions with sky who put it down to a poor fit as I had not used a professional fitter even though I am a time served joiner, I had sent them photographs of the bracket fitted correctly with spirit levels to prove the bracket was square and the wall was flat, The reality is there is an issue with the TVs that sky wont accept. I eventually just used the bracket and different washers , 2 at the top 2 holes and very thin one at the bottom to "square up the TV". sky won't do anything except tell you to get it fitted professionally or send it back.

Hi I agree with that.
basically I took out some of the screws etc and fitted smaller headed screws. I install boilers and know how to secure brackets. I believe they need to amend their design to allow for larger screws and or bolt fixings

When I wall mounted my Gen1, I made my own spacers to attach the wall mount on a small angle - with the top slightly further out than the bottom. It does seem to be a flaw in the mount that results in the TV slightly pointing up at the ceiling.
