Finding subscription T T+

Brought T T+ subscription for 27th may.

Seen app once on glass tv just can't seem to find again any ideas where to look. Allen

Are you sure you saw it on your Glass TV?

According to the TT+ website the Sky Streaming platform is not supported. You would need to attach a third party device to your Glass TV in order to download the TT+ app:

Got apple tv with it and paramount + would be there .seen it once on there definitely.

Correct, Sky Glass has both the Apple TV+ and Paramount+ apps, but if there is no TT+ app on the apps and inputs rail on your TV then there is no way to add it other than by using one of the devices listed on the link in my previous post.

Where to look. Nothing is easy. Will still keep looking. My apple is a plug in device. Because before I bought glass tv .I had apple plug-in on old tv. And connected to glass tv through admin ports

Great - then you'll find it by choosing your Apple TV box from the apps and inputs rail on your Glass TV, or rather the HDMI input you have it attached to. This will then open up your Apple TV home screen. Use the Apple TV remote to navigate to the TT+ app and login to it with your new subscription details.

Each time I try that it comes up with no input signal. I will try again. Thank you.

Check the HDMI cable is firmly attached to both the Apple TV box and the Glass TV. Make sure the power is connected to the Apple TV box too. It should have a white light on the front when it's turned on. Remember to use the Apple TV remote to turn it on, then the Sky Glass remote to select the HDMI input.

Even change hmdi to number 3 that all works but still no TT+app

If you can see the home screen of your Apple TV box then use the Apple TV remote to navigate to the Apple app store (which looks like a big blue tile with a white letter A on it) then do a search for AA+. I've just looked on my Apple TV box and the app is there and is free to download.

No blue tile with letter A on it. Is what I got is search, home , apple tv , mls season pass, store, library, channel s and apps discovery+, my5, now.

Keep pressing the back button on the Apple TV remote (which has the < symbol on it) until you get to the main Apple TV screen with all the tiles on it. The App Store tile is on that page.

Is your Apple TV box connected to your broadband? It needs to be in order to function.

Check by going from the home page to Settings > Network > WiFi
