      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hi I have sky glass&amp;nbsp; swapped from sky q but when they refunded they put on my broadband and Internet which I don't have with them and and when they blocked my TV and I still have to pay in full to get it back they again refund back to broadband and Internet can someone help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
