I have been approved for a Sky Glass replacement TV, being delievered to me on Friday. My question is, How will I know if it's a refurbished or brand new set? Is there a way of finding out this information? Also, will I get a new remote control? Do I hand over the one I already have or does the replacement TV come delivered with a remote as standard, like the first time around?
