      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm ready to jump off a bridge lol&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason I suddenly can't access paramount or discovery plus, which should be free as I have sky glass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It just sends me in circles; trying to get it, says I've got it, sign in/activate, then tells me i need to upgrade to watch anything&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":expressionless_face:"&gt;😑&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I swear it was fine a couple of months ago and nothing should have changed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I live chatted a discovery plus agent and they couldn't help, just saying it was on sky's end. I despise calling and their automated bots are next to useless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm at a loss as to what to do now. It's extremely frustrating and nothing seems to work or help. It says I have it for free via sky glass but then also says I need to upgrade to watch&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":expressionless_face:"&gt;😑&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pistol:"&gt;🔫&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help please?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4035456"&gt;@Stepupfairy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;We are just customers like yourself&amp;nbsp;and i'm sure is someone knew the answer to your issue they would have replied to you. &amp;nbsp;It seems strange that you should have lost both Paramount + and Discovery at the same time when nothing has changed. &amp;nbsp;It doesn't leave much room for suggestions. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try calling Sky again but to get past the Chatbots and speak to someone try answering the following&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Say about&amp;nbsp; sky glass&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Say it something&amp;nbsp;else&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Say NO when asked about using the web link&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully this will get you through to an adviser (it usually works for me).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Done exactly as you have but actually got though to Sky TWICE! &amp;nbsp;The second time the chap i spoke to seemed really helpful but coulnt put the problem right himself &amp;amp; so passed it onto the technical department. Alas 2 weeks later still no joy. Why do Sky make it so bloodydifficult to sort out things? The only time they rush is when you are paying money for something, when I ordered Sky glass, i received it in 2 days!!! Im sorry Im no help to you, just wanted to rell you, you are not alone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
