I use a free sat box with my glass tv it's been working ok

softwere won't update I have tries un plugging

still won't update I keep switching off a number of times

untill I get it to work

Hi @Rondo1949

Not sure if you mean the software on your freesat box or Glass? From a glass perspective the Sky Glass updates automatically overnight. The option to update in the menu doesn't work. Sky releases the updates in batches. The current latest version QS025.012.00P from memory.

If it's th software for your freesat box, you would need to speak to the manufacturer for assistance.

@Rondo1949 The current software version for Stream/Glass is QS025.017.00P but a new the update that started to be rolled out last night is QS027.508.00P (there was no QS026). As @mikealanr says you can't force the update.
