      <title>Sky glass freezing</title>

      <description>Sky glass constantly freezing and no sound. I have done a soft reboot and it's,still doing the same also checked WiFi and broadband and there is no issues, is there anything else that I can so to solve this issue</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to settings --&amp;gt; Network --&amp;gt; Network Connection&amp;nbsp; - should show as Ethernet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also check advanced settings and turn wifi off.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What speeds do you get on your broadband line?&amp;nbsp; It needs to be a minimum of 25mbps for HD &amp;amp; 35mbps for UHD&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky glass keeps freezing if I pause live TV when I try to watch it it automatically jumps to live TV and I miss half the programme if I try rewinding it then either won't play or the lip sync is off with the picture I've rebooted put it on standby etc but it still keeps happening&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
