      <description>&lt;P&gt;The joy of having the 55 inch Sky Glass TV is destroyed by the constant tripping off when watching dramas and its difficult to speak to Sky technicians to help with the problem. I'll need a replacement or cancel the whole thing. My expectations' not met.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
