Sky stream volume

The volume on Sky stream is so bad that I have now got the volume on 91. I noticed a couple of days ago that I was having to turn the volume up more, but now it is really bad.

Is there anything I can do?

@Olly72 Have you tried different sound options in the puck menu/sound settings, either that or it's the actual TV with a fault?

@Olly72 It sounds like a faulty Glass TV but before calling Sky try a reboot of the unit in case it is a software glitch. Simply switch off your Glass or Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.

If that doesn't sort out the sound issues then call sky to discuss further troubleshooting and if necessary request a replacement Glass TV.

Have you tried pulling the plug for a few minutes ?

Thanks for all the replies. I tried all the suggestions but didn't help. The sky cinema Easter station was the worst, that was the one I had the volume at 91, it's definitely a problem with Sky stream, have to turn the volume up a bit more on my other tv as well.
