Sky glass colour of screen gone! Only white

the sky glass colour has vanished only see white and dark grey now, tried factory reset and turned off at the switch,

Any ideas anyone?

Will attach pictures if possible

Looks like the screen's gone. The backlight control has gone haywire. If the TV is less than 2 years old then you need to get Sky to replace it under warranty.

@Elliot4 If you have not got it sorted out by the time you turn in for the night unplug the TV from the socket and leave it like that overnight. In the morning plug it in again and see if that has resolved the issue. This has been known to resolve some issues a reboot didn't fix.

If it is still not resolved (or if it happens again) I would call Sky for their advice as it is possible your glass has developed a fault. Hopefully it is still under warranty (24 months).

That's how mines gone not in warranty.
