This has been know to clear some screen based issues and obviously is an easy thing to try before having to phone Sky and potentially requesting a replacement TV.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;43" skyglass tv screen, tv was delivered 15 days ago and now top &amp;amp; central of screen has a black area 6" deep by 9" wide and within that area is what looks like a square spiders Web made up of red blue green &amp;amp; orange squares the picture everywhere else is crystal clear what can I do please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That sounds more like impact damage or some other physical LCD failure to me, which wouldn't be cured by a reboot.&lt;/P&gt;
