What size hole do I need to drill for a plasterboard wall to mount the 43" sky glass tv? It doesn't say on the wall guide

That's because Sky does not supply or specify the wall fixings themselves (just the mounting plate) : those are for the user to establish what's necessary for their particular wall construction, given the weight of the set.

Note that the provided bolts are for the tabletop stand and shouldn't be used to secure the plate to a wall.
