If you have recently moved from Sky Q and had Paramount + you will have to re register as all your marketplace&amp;nbsp;Marketplace subscriptions are automatically cancelled &amp;nbsp;(see the following link):&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-upgrade" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-upgrade&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should be able to register or re-register if applicable as follows:&amp;nbsp;Go to the bottom of the home page and select the following&amp;nbsp;in this order: MySky / your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select App&amp;nbsp;subscriptions / Current / and then Paramount + Monthly. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully it will&amp;nbsp;say £0 per month as you have Sky Cinema. &amp;nbsp;If so select Activate subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, see the following link:&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-paramount-plus" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-paramount-plus&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NB - It is exactly the same procedure if you want to sign up to Discovery +&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully this wil help you.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4009237"&gt;@Michele5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Sorry to see you are still having issues. &amp;nbsp;I see your posts have been escalated to the Community Messaging Team on 2 occasions so I suggest you now call Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I note you say you can't get in touch with them. &amp;nbsp;I'm not sure why but if you have a Sky mobile you can phone them by&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;dialling 150.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Sky is not your provider follow this link &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky (if we post a phone number on the forum the filters will reject it hence the link).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are having trouble getting past the chatbot I find answering it as follows usually works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Say about sky glass&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Say it something&amp;nbsp;else&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Say NO when asked about using the web link&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This should result in you being put through to an adviser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
