Unplug your glass from the mains for 10 minutes and power back on. If it still remains you will need to contact Sky and get your set swapped out under warranty.as would point to a hardware issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
