My sky glass tv freezes every few days and makes a loud buzzing sound- the remote doesn't work or the controls on the TV so I have to switch the power off to stop it. Sky have investigated and ruled out broadband/internet issue but say I have to pay to replace tv as it's out of warranty even though it's only 4 months old. Because they have replaced it once already they say the warranty runs from the original T V that I had first. I just can't believe this !

Thanks that's what they are telling me but don't sky have some responsibility here if they are supplying these tv sets. At the moment it is not fit for purpose and I am not prepared to pay nearly £700 for a replacement that I have not yet finished paying for.

@glennrobert I fully appreciate how frustrating it must be but unfortunately that is how all warranties work whether it be a Glass TV or washing machine. Sometimes if you can make a good enough case a manufacturer / retailer may replace the item which is out of warranty as a goodwill gesture but I wouldn't hold your breath.
