Please can you describe your issue in more detail. Is it the speaker? Is it coming from elsewhere in the unit? Is it certain programs or everything? Is it a particular volume etc? Have you tried rebooting you glass by turning it off at the mains for a few minutes etc?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>It may be the case that your glass has developed a fault. If you can't rectify via a reboot etc, you will need to speak to Sky and claim under warranty.
