    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you! This will tell you the download speed the TV is getting. Your symptoms do sound like the issue is the TV not being able to get a good enough download speed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3997920"&gt;@K3rryB&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If it is a sound what I can only describe as being like a machine gun then I had the same thing along &amp;nbsp;with frozen pixeleted screen about 18 months ago. &amp;nbsp;I simply unplugged the Glass TV off at the plug socket for a few minutes and then powered it on again and it cleared the issue. &amp;nbsp;In my case it never came back which was a result but if it keeps happening then I suggest you call Sky Customer Services as you could have a faulty TV which might need replacing under warranty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is to connect the TV via an ethernet cable, then go into the Network Settings on the TV and disable the Wifi. I'd also recommened rebooting the TV ( turn if off at the plug for a minute) after doing this to ensure it has disabled the Wifi. This will be a test to see if the issue is actually around the strength and stability of your Wifi Network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We've had our Sky Glass tv for a couple of years now and this crash experience has happened every few weeks since we've had it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't believe Sky will do anything about it though as we all know how poor their customer service is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pulling the plug seems the best temporary reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
