    <description>&lt;P&gt;The sky glass remote control has stopped working. We went onto Sky and it said we should fill in a form which we did and then we got a message saying this request could not be processed, even though on the message it says a remote control will be sent free of charge. He said very very hard to actually get to speak to someone about this issue. How can I get a replacement remote control ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When you call up, ignore it when it asks for a mobile number and it will give you an option to be put through to someone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively you can purchase them via Amazon, but if you are under warranty it will be free from Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
