    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3995713"&gt;@Jody2&lt;/a&gt;When moving from Sky Q to Glass/Stream all your Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled so you have to re-register (see the following link)&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-upgrade" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-upgrade&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should be able to re-register as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to the bottom of the home page and select the following&amp;nbsp;in this order: MySky / your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select App&amp;nbsp;subscriptions / Current / and then Discovery+ Monthly. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully it will&amp;nbsp;say £0 per month as you have Sky Cinema. &amp;nbsp;If so select Activate subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also see the link given by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1539369"&gt;@MarkGoldsmith&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;just above this post.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have just moved from sky q to sky glass and our discovery plus app is now not working - it is saying contact you provider to find out how to watch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas how to fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you were a Sky Q customer, you need to resetup/relink your Sky and Discovery plus accounts, as when moving over to Sky Stream you will get a new streaming account and your old Sky Q account would be deactivated and thus unlinked from your discovery account:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
