Sounds like Wifi in use and the channel is either congested or you have the router set to auto channel and its moving channel regularly which can cause issues on playback. We have our router on a fixed channel but can connect via ethernet directly as a back up if needed but as we have a Mesh WiFi setup we see very little issue on the wifi to our glass.

Hi @John1772

How is your Glass connected to the internet? And what's your connection speed? Connecting via ethernet and switching off WiFi in the Glass settings will likely give you a more stable experience.

MikeAlanR
