    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3497871"&gt;@Woodybrook&lt;/a&gt;Try to pair the remote again as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode).&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;A connected message should appear on your screen, press continue and it's all done.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that hasn't helped then&amp;nbsp;try &amp;nbsp;working through the troubleshooting links below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Troubleshooting guide&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass/fixing-a-problem-sky-glass/fixing-sky-glass-remote/articles/service-checker-sky-glass-remote-help" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Remote help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth. &amp;nbsp;Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including mine on two occasions).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If none of the above help then I would request a replacement at the following link:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Streaming TV replacement remote&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My glass works on voice control but doesn't work via the remote . Couldn't turn tv on this morning,unplugged it put it back but was stuck on Home Screen . Tryed voice control &amp;amp; that worked but nothing from remote????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
