    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3984685"&gt;@Anita27&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;When I first got Glass I had a no network message when we turned it on every morning and I managed to resolve it by amending the settings in the Startup &amp;amp; Standby menu. &amp;nbsp;Make sure the Networked Standby Mode is turned ON as this stops your Glass losing the network when it goes into standby. &amp;nbsp;If you keep losing the network whilst viewing then this may not be the same issue as you are having but it is still worth changing this setting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition to the advise given by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4639"&gt;@Mark39&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I would also reboot your router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds,like your WiFi where your Glass is positioned is weak causing it to drop out frequently. You might need to consider using a WiFi booster, or connecting your TV by cable to your router, or buying power line adaptors.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
