have turned system off

Have rebooted wifi

Have tried second remote

although remote can change volume level there is no sound.

pressing the left hand side of the circular control turns picture off

prssing the 3 coloured bars opens the seach etc page but cannot get any further

@Geraldm Try rebooting your Glass TV. Simply unplug it for a minute or two and plug it back in again and wait for it to reboot. It will take about a minute and will often resolve these type of issues.
