      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3955370"&gt;@Chris2405&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;That sounds as though it could be related to your wi-fi speed or stability being received at the Glass TV (as opposed to the incoming speed to the router).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To check the speed being received at your Glass TV simply open the Netflix app and navigate to the Get Help menu then run a Network test.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The minimum speeds recommended by Sky are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HD = 25mbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UHD = 30mbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HD + 1 puck = 30mbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UHD + 1 puck = 35mbps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your speed at the TV is borderline try connecting via Ethernet cable. If this is not practical you can use powerline adapters (about £30 at Amazon). Note the Ethernet port on the Glass TV (&amp;amp; pucks) only supports 100mbps so don't waste money on the more expensive 1gb powerline adapters&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
