This issue has been driving me up the wall for weeks!! it randomly switches through channels (it seems to goo through the playlist, says channel has been removed from my playlist, alsp says my Sky remote needs reconnecting etc. I've taken the batterise out for the remote to rule that out and it still does it. I've got a Puck with no other Sky devices.
