Nearly all of my series and movies have disappeared from my playlist. Switched off and on and its still the same .

Same here!!

Happened a few weeks ago aswell, was a server issue apparently

Read all the previous posts and supposedly this issue was going to be fixed but clearly not as my playlist is gone - along with many of the items like Continue Watching you can scroll to- basically it's total pants

Sky stream playlist has lost its content. This is the second time this has happened in a few weeks. Previous time was traced to fault with sky

Hi I read some other posts from previous users with same problem I switched off wi fi in setting and used ethernet cable connection and all ok. Unfortunately I didn't check before actioning so don't know if sky fixed issue or I did
