    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've had Sky Glass for a little over 2 months now and my remote for my first puck has just stopped working? What I mean by 'stopped working' is the following: most buttons do absolutely nothing on the home page but here's the weird bit. LEFT, 3 and POWER work...but they ALL turn the puck off. That's it! I've tried resetting the remote via various methods, holding down 1+3, 4+6, 7+9 etc. I've replaced the batteries, reset the puck itself and nothing has changed. I grabbed my remote from the Sky Glass itself and this worked perfectly fine once I got this connected. Is there any way to get a replacement remote? I did look on Sky but they say I have to buy a new one on Amazon!! I find it disgusting that I've not even had the thing for 3 months &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
