When you reboot, are you rebooting both your TV and Puck? What happens if you only reboot the puck? Are you seeing nothing, or puck menu but channels aren't working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be that your TV is defaulting to a different input.. have you tried cycling through the inputs with your TV remote? When you turn it on and it's not working, is there a white light on the puck? What's the model of the TV?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Every time I switch my television and puck on, from standby, there is no picture on the television. The only way to get it to work is by switching everything off at the socket and switching it all on again. Why is this happening, it's very inconvenient</description>
