Essentially you need a strong, stable and consistent WiFi connection for the platform to perform as expected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ultimately the way to test this is to disable the WiFi in the settings and connect via an Ethernet cable and see if this issue goes away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
