    <description>&lt;P&gt;The puck side of it is fine, it's the sky glass TV it's self, sometimes when switched off using the remote the red standby light on the TV goes off, then we have problems trying to get the TV back on, turning power off leaving for a few minutes then putting power back on doesn't always bring it back on may have to do this several times before the standby light comes on ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3096811"&gt;@clint+harry&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;It sounds as though your puck might have developed a fault so I would phone Sky to trouble shoot and possibly request a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively I could escalate your post to the Community Messaging Team for you to troubleshoot with them online if you would prefer to go down this route. &amp;nbsp; They may get you to factory reset the puck but it is &amp;nbsp;not recommended that you do this without them asking you to do so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
