      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3969371"&gt;@Leona2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Try rebooting the system as this will often resolve issues.&amp;nbsp;Switch off your Glass or Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again. &amp;nbsp;It will take about a minute to reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists phone Sky for further troubleshooting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Level 2 support are investigating this same issue for me. We're needing to reboot as many as 15-20 times throughout the day as it repeatedly freezes when switching between playlist, live TV and on demand apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There appears to be a wider issue affecting mupltiple customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I still have one but no contract with Sky and after + 2 years still having some problems with th TV and mainly when they update the software. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rebooting the tv isn't a solution. It's a software problem that Sky still having problems every time that they update the tvs unfortunately &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
