I have recently down graded my package because 79 is a lot for Netflix and sky package when I already pay for Netflix myself so I downgraded so I pay for the tv and was assured I would be able to log into to Netflix and still watch normal tv just no sky channels well now I have no access to Netflix and no tv guide so this tv is now not useable

Hi @Annaoliviakate

As @Jporch316 has indicated Glass TV without subscription removes the TV guide. You can continue to use the apps to watch TV (i.e. BBC channels via iPlayer) or turn the internet off and use the DTT (freeview) tuner.

Sky document this clearly here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-without-a-subscription

In terms of netflix you need to ensure you subscribe directly to Netflix with the same credentials that was working with Sky or log out and log in with new/other credentials if you have signed up with netflix.

MikeAlanR
