      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky glass has stopped working as saying I'm not connected to Wi-Fi/internet however all other devices working fine. &amp;nbsp;Not the first time with this issue, any advice welcomed. &amp;nbsp;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3966971"&gt;@UVL&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I no longer have Glass but when I did I had this message a number of times and it was always resolved by rebooting the Glass TV. &amp;nbsp;Simply unplug it for a minute and plug it back in again. &amp;nbsp;It will then take about a minute to reboot and pickup the network again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We also found that initially we received this message every morning when we turned the TV on. &amp;nbsp;This was resolved by going into the Settings &amp;gt; Start up &amp;amp; standby menu and turning ON the&amp;nbsp;"Networked standby mode". &amp;nbsp;This stops the Glass TV from losing the network when the TV goes into standby.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
