The message on screen is rather brief and can easily be missed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However if you are confident that it is just turning off while watching without any prompt, you will need to contact sky customer services and ask for a replacement unit under warranty as we are mainly fellow subscribers here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanaR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
