Sky glass keeps crashing, screen turns green with high pitched noise

My sky glass has an issue where the screen turns green and a high pitched noise. The whole thing is frozen and can only be stopped by unplugging. This has happened 5 or 6 times in last few weeks

@Pennostar I had something similar over a year ago and a reboot resolved it and luckily the issue never occurred again. However your issue sounds more serious than mine as it is happening to you on a regular basis. I would contact Sky with a view to getting your Glass TV replaced as it sounds as though it may be faulty.

Try unplugging the the tv from the mains for 10mins then plug it back in this will reboot the tv and should clear the problem, if it does not then ring sky,

Thanks for the information. I did what you said and it is now ok. Don't do what I did 1st, I turned off the router also,, but after re-reading it again, all worked.
