My Sky glass tv loses signal every time there is heavy rain. The two other tvs using the puck are fine. I can't understand why this happens. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks !!

Hi @Catmomof3

Given that Sky Glass channels are distributed via the internet, the rain shouldn't be directly affecting it. The only thing I can think of is that there is water ingress onto the line (if you still have a copper line) and it's slowing your broadband connection down enough for glass to have issues.

Try running a speed test in Netflix (in the settings menu) when it's raining and when it's dry and see if there is any change. If there is you would need to report it as a fault to whoever provides your internet connection.

MikeAlanR
