Where do you put the activation code in? After resetting my tv?

I had to reset my sky glass TV to get my remote to work again when doing so it came up with a 6 didget code to put in appone typing in the Web page it keeps telling me that I have to sign into my account I do so but there is no option to pit this code in can someone help before I go nuts haha

Have you done a factory reset without being on the phone to sky to help you ? If you have net you need to ring sky for help, factory resets should only be done with their guidance

Hi @Louisa801

If you run in to problems activating you will need to contact sky customer service. However you enter the activation code at www.sky.com/activate

You need to sign in, but should be presented with an enter your verification code box.

Hi @Davidfoster81 and welcome to the forum.

When you get the activation code on screen you need to sign into your My Sky account at https://www.sky.com/mysky

Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code. NB if you are not logged into your MySky account you will receive an Oops... error message.
