Hello can someone please tell me if I get Sky TV what happens if the tv breaks down?

Do they come and give me a tv until my tv is fixed?

Within the two year warranty, the set is simply swapped out for another one by courier exchange.

'fixing' such things is largely an outdated concept.

If you are concerned about the warranty you may want to consider getting a tv from elsewhere and getting sky stream puck from sky instead ......

I would second this, and recommend a retailer such as John Lewis or Richer Sounds, both of whom offer free 5 or 6 year warranties with TVs they sell. The one time I had a TV which had to be sent for repair, John Lewis' repair agent gave me another TV on loan whilst mine was being fixed.

You can insure it with sky protect as well
