      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3959518"&gt;@Blockersb&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Try a reboot of your Glass TV to see if that helps. &amp;nbsp;Simply switch off at the plug socket for a couple of minutes before switching it on again. &amp;nbsp;It will&amp;nbsp;take about a minute to reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully your Wi-Fi&amp;nbsp;has sufficiently speed and stability. &amp;nbsp;You need to determine the speed of your Wi-Fi signal being received at &lt;U&gt;the Glass TV&lt;/U&gt; and not that being received at the router.&amp;nbsp; This can be checked with the Netflix App (Get help &amp;gt; Check network).&amp;nbsp; The minimum speed recommended for HD is 25mbps and 30mbps for UHD (add 5mbps to each if you have an additional puck)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your speed at the TV is borderline try connecting via Ethernet cable. If this is not practical you can use powerline adapters (about £30 at Amazon)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the event of a broadband outage you can plug an aerial cable into the back of the TV and use the freeview option. &lt;A href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JUc9Naw4Y10" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; is a link to a YouTube video that explains how to do this (not a very god video but at least it gives the basics).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the internet in your area is often sketchy and having issues then either a streaming based platform isn't the right choice or perhaps switching your internet to an ISP that uses different infrastructure is the best option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
